Im craving some khmia " ba-hope" now... mom used to wake up saturday mornings to start her jello mix with the yellow fruit can.. then wake me up to get laundry ready and go to store khmia to get the herbs for "thuk- ma-hawk".. and breakfast was a "nawm-bow".. miss ma's cooking!!

I've been wondering which brand to buy since mostly everyone else's video only say prahok and never recommend a certain brand to buy; Thank you for confirming which brand to buy. Gotta love Cambo Cheese, Lol! Also, I'd rather cook the prahok in a lil sauce pan with some boiling water for a couple of minutes....Just my preference...

I love this stinky sauce ! It was my weekly special as a kids with fresh veggies and steam rice. This sauce is liquid GOLD in a khmer community. Lol... So yummy! I am going to make it :)
