Not sure how this is even possible, I've done this quest about 4 times now and keep getting insta (head, eye)'d by scavs when I get to Lighthouse

Lighthouse is the hardest by far, im bear so i have to deal with rogues too. The transit from reserve to woods is bugged

@ it’s not bugged just moved. It’s down by RB-VO now. Woods at night is pretty rough ahah 🤣 especially when you hear a grenade and don’t have any idea where it is lol

Generally speaking from my experience and I got all the way to reserve each generator has a tank on it. However, once you get to Reserve you have to transit to Woods via the minefield and you have to have the minefield map with you or you can continue. Probably same for woods since there's a woods map too.

@@Call_MeZ Supposedly after youve had the map on you and youve done it once, its a permanent unlock. I dont know where to find em so Idk if it works as people say.

So there is a transit, but it's further along the fence line almost to the trains! You have to be between the 2 fences tho!

@@strider8140 yep seems like you need to find a in raid item, minefield map, in order to leave through there. It has to be found in the same raid you complete task

I got to reserve with two minutes left and was stressing since the minefield extract wasn’t up, if you go behind RB-VO between the fences there’s a transit to use to go to woods

@@sgt.lt.mjr.pepperface4627 I gave up on the event after making it to Customs and shooting 61 Scavs before I ran out of ammo they were still spawning. I think BSG want's us all to go play PvP against the cheaters?

@@ChaNnArD-mDI knew I wasn’t going insane. For some reason the scavs go beserk in customs. Theres just way too many of them. Finally got this task done today only for it to not count when I was done

One for each, but each generator has a hardspawn on it. If youre playing PvE no need to bring it in.

@@jpcloud28tv74 This is not 100% true, I have had instances where no fuel spawned near the generator. I did bring my own, thankfully - and scavs seem to have a decent 10-15% chance to have one in their backpack.

How did you run the generator? I cannot run the generator in PVE mode.

Go to the map selection screen and look at the top right. Switch from Standard Mode to Event Mode, and you'll see that only Shoreline is available to select.

@@mordnance4943 just like past events it has a counter on it you can do it more than once once the community has completed it, it will complete for everyone.

I can't find the trees with the generators , are they randomized ? If not , can someone tell me the general area of the trees on every map

They are not randomised and are at set locations at all times. I could try to name a few locations though it would be just better for you to search for a youtube video (dont watch the old ones from 2-3 years ago since there was a similar tree event try to watch ones that were released this week)

Shoreline, it is out front of the resort west wing. Lighthouse, it is in the small scav village on the right just before the bridge that goes to Water Treatment. Reserve, beside the Helicopter in the center of Black/White Pawn. Woods, at the Sawmill Customs, on the road above Smugglers Boat. Interchange, outside the mall near the concert stage - IDEA side.

You don't need the map. The Woods transit has been moved to where the train enters the area. I'm assuming that is because the minefield is now the 'secret exfil' that requires the map. To Transit to Woods from Reserve for this quest, go follow the fence to the left - you'll find it just before the spot where the Armored Trains enters the area.

I am playing on PVE and there are Cultists and PMCs, so I imagine it's the same on PVP side too

You need to change your game to the Event Mode - just go to map selection and look at the top right.

yet another in game event at the start of the wipe ill never touch having fun doing beginning wipe tasks and things... event 2 months in when i have nothing to do that would be interesting not when i have 100 tasks and lvl 1 strength...

Does anyone know why Proper quest still shows as In Progress after completing this event? My friend and I made sure to defend all the generators on the map in the correct order, but after returning to the lobby, only the counter for Proper changed from 0 to 1, and the quest still shows as incomplete. Please, can someone kindly explain?

The Tarkov wiki will have the map with the transits on them. Also be wary that Reserve -> Woods and Woods -> Interchange requires a minefield map.

​​​@@whiskeycharlie7882 reserve - > woods transit is next to the train tracks where train extract is, just in front of barbed wire fence, move along the fence on the west side of the map (where extract train is moving in to the map) so u will find it when u will compleate generator stage, than from woods - > interchange transit is where the extract with green smoke is, not far away from medical base, its easy to find. No maps/notes needet just find it

The generator may break down. Leatherman Multitool is required to repair it

I did not require one to repair it. I just held my F key. No multitool in special slot.
