In this video, I explain how to construct a DXF file from an image or a plan. You can then use it to create a DAT file using the new application I've developed. Once you have the DAT file you can use DevWing Foam 2 or one of the free wing generators to produce the g-code for a CNC Foam cutter.
At the end of the video, I show some new microcontrollers I'm working on for CNC Foam cutting. This includes the MKS Tinybee running the ESP32 controller with wifi and the SKR Pico with TMC2209 drivers.
I also show some firmware updates I'm working on to allow the Arduino Mega 2560 with a RAMPS to drive an external MOSFET so a voltage higher than 12 volts can be used for the hot wire
