2. Red chillis powder 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
3. Salt 1 + 1/2 tsp
4. Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
5. Ghee / butter 1 tbsp
6. Cashew nuts 25 gm
7. Milk 1 cup / 250 gm
8. Bay leaves 2 nos
9. Cinnamon stick 1 inch
10. Cloves 3 - 4 nos
11. Small cardamoms 2 nos
12. White pepper 7 - 8 nos
13. Onions 3 middle sized sliced
14. Onion paste 4 tbsp / of 2 middle sized
15. Garlic paste 3 tsp
16. Ginger paste 4 tsp
17. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
18. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
19. Sugar 1+ 1/2 tsp
20. Green chillis 4 - 5 nos.
21. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
