Kerala High court ka judgement galat hai ... According to Muslim Marriage act & islamic shariyat Aurat ko khula mangne ka hak To he ....lekin uske liye conditions banae Gaye Hain... Finally khulanama per signature husband ka chahie Hota hai tabhi valid hoga .... Agar signature Nahin hua hai aur bibi Ne dusri shaadi kar Li to wah shaadi Nahin hai Mana jaega ....wah dusre mard ki rakhail Bankar rah rahi hai .... Aur us se paida hue bacche ko harami bachha kaha jata he ... Aur harami bacche se Koi muslim shaadi nahin karta...

Poora padh wo decision kahi bhi overrule nahi kia hai.. bs ye kaha hai k 3 conditions satisfy krni hogi in page no 16/20 and point no 32. Ache se padho kuch bhi over rule nahi kia.. ye hi kaha hai k women can go to court agar uska husband khula ke liye raazi nahi hai to.. kyuki ye uska adhikaar hai
