Wah wah kya gayii hai ye ghazal and specially when he is picking up the notes of the raag reaching the higher notes is unparallel which only classic singers have been able to express while reciting some such raags. Words are too little to praise this ghazal's gayaki.

I returned back to this ghazal today. The same ghazal has also been posted by some other person having a very deep understanding of "sur". In that version, MehdI Sahab gives an intro about raag Bhankar with the effects of how the surs of late night get merged into the surf of early morning. It is for this reason that on hearing the ghazal for the first time, I placed it right at No 1 position of all the ghazals sung by him. And in this "zamiin & qaafia," if Farhat Shahzad Sahab, I wrote a full ghazal having 5 ashaar. Matla of my ghazal is "Girey shajar se ta'aluq Zara poorana tha/ Usi ki shaakh pe to apna aashiyana tha"//
