Change the way you think .When start to think negatively change it or stop it by direct yourself to positive maybe watch some funny things .Avoid sad stories ( when neurons in brain get negative message it send to other neurons . Exercise to get endophines , take vitamins multi vitamins and b complex to help about mood. This is my opinion and I am not doctor .

Forgot to mention that eating healthy foods ( Avoid processed food ) since lack of vitamins or minerals can effect metabolisms in bodies and toxins in foods can harms humans . pls do research about candida overgrowth in humans that have higher percentage after human have consumed more processed foods and some scientists and holistic medicine beleive that candida overgrowth can cause panic attack anxiety attack chronic fatigue mood swings that can be checked in some doctor office ( more like holistic doctors) and change diets ( avoid sugar and carb and eat green veggies) also taking curcumin ( khaminchun) and ginger might help kill Candida) . again this is my opinion and i am not doctor.
