I replaced the stock driveshafts with some full metal ones from E-Bay. If you do the same measure the fully extended and fully compressed stock driveshaft before ordering the new ones. The ones on E-Bay have 2 measurements, the first number is the compressed length, the second is the extended length. Be sure the compressed one is the same as stock or a bit shorter.

Nice! Metal driveshafts will be nice for high powered applications for sure. I'm going to keep mine stock for a while as the Axial WB8 based driveshafts have been pretty durable for me so far with the way I drive.

@@RevolutionX i had some problems with the stock ones. I increased the down travel of the axles and the stock driveshafts kept coming apart. So they got replaced by some moe reliable longer ones.

@@andrewmurphy8724 Ahh, I see why you replaced them now. I'm at stock travel, so it's fine so far. I do have longer inserts from my other kits that I can chop to the length needed, but I'm probably ok for now with stock travel.

@@RevolutionX yeah I installed longer shocks that gave the longer travel and the first time I ran my capra after the mods the shafts fell apart.

Glad to see it taking shape mate... Finally got mine on the rocks on Sunday afternoon, loved it, well untill my son hi-jacked it..lol. Really enjoyed the axe system also as was another 1st for me. Really intrested to see how you go with yours and your thoughts. A's you have stock dig servo and saver, I'm intrested to see how yours releases from locked or wether you need to unload driveline also. Now the tuning starts. Cheers 👍

I run the axe system also. No problems at all with it. Got 3 rock crawlers with almost identical settups for axe systems. Only difference is the radios i use for each. Got a spektrum rugged for my capra, a futaba 3pv for one of my crawlers and a 4pv for the other due to needing more channels to run the shifter for the 2 speed tranny on it.

In Faze ? Got it together to see I had installed the front and back on the WRONG ends. Fast swap tho. So them Drive shafts ? Any help on Faze. This is my first build. Thanks.

Thanks for watching. "In phase". It's really easy. Just make sure the joints bend and line-up in the same direction on both ends.
