কিডনিতে পাথর!! কেন হয় ?কত ধরনের হয় ?কোন কোন খাবার দায়ী আর কোন কোন খাবার রক্ষা করে !! kidney stone.
kidney stone is one of the most important concerning factors in our life.Due to formation of renal stone and obstruction of the urinary system is medical emergency and need to immediate treatment and management.We know very well that's Kidney is one of the most vital organ in our body. We should care this important organ very carefully and always by taking healthy and kidney friendly food . And also avoid kidney destroying food.
Naturally food is very much important factor for our healthy life .After metabolism the end product is removed through the kidneys which is act as scavengers of our body. And also maintain the acid base balance of our body also regulating the blood pressure and do work many more .
So we should always very careful about our kidney health .Because it's a silent killer . After destroying the kidney there has shown no sign symptom initially and when the features appears people have to pay uncountable wealth and health. Finally death is the ultimate goal of unhealthy kidney.
In this video we try to discuss types of Renal stone ,mechanism of formation of renal stones and some food items which are aggravating the formation of renal stone and also some foods which are preventing the formation of kidney stone .
