There are several things to note when your birds break their own eggs.
1. Stress
When the size of cage or nesting box is not adequate, when the cage is not in a good atmosphere or when they feel unsafe birds feel stressed or fearful and they break their own eggs.
2. Lack of nutrients
When birds lack nutrients from their daily food, this can cause birds discomfort or stress and they will break their eggs.
3. Not read for breeding
Some birds starts egging even when they are not ready to breed. But these eggs will never be fruitful.
4. crushing or breaking eggs accidentally
In rare cases, eggs may be broken when parent birds are careless.
