We took our inhouse Kia Seltos to Incheon Kia located at Edapally, Kochi for it's periodic service. This video is about what we have experienced. It was a no-frill experience right from the beginning when you book an appointment. The facility, the customer lounge, the way the customer relations deals with you - all has a premiumness and sense of warmth in it; not to forget the state-of-the-art equipment and world-class tools Kia India certified to be used across it's dealerships.
The entire process and experience of getting our Seltos serviced at the Kia’s Service Centre was transparent, efficient, and was completed in a timely manner. Having an option of Kia Link app for booking service appointment, pick-up and drop service, and paying digitally will add to the overall convenience. The Best and professional service in this Category. Only point will increase the standard level, customers should be able to see when their car when doing service. Definitely transparency will increase the credibility, unfortunately this facility is not available in most of the branches.
