I think this is a brilliant design. The closest competitor is the IDBuzz, but that has too many design flaws - rear windows not opening!, and too short a range - see Bjorn's recent tests of that. The EV9 has more usable space than the Buzz with seats folded. The Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5 have already proved the software quallity as well as build quality and reliability. I have mine on order😄

Meridian sound system is impressive. I might buy the EV just for the stereo. I hope the price comes down a then again I don't think infrastructure is sufficiently built to support many EVs. There is a learning curve to learn how to drive, charge, and repair EVs.

How come you're showing the 6-seat EV, not the 7-seat that your title states?

As standard, it comes with 7 seats, the 6 seat option is only available (in the UK) on the top spec GT Line S AWD trim. This car was pre-production, and one of just 2 in the country at the time of filming. As soon as we get a 7 seat version in the country, we'll do a video to show this as well.

Is there a 5 seat version? rather than buying a 7 and never folding up the back seats.

No, just 7 seats or 6 as an option. The upcoming EV5 will be a 5 seater.
