I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I went with the Tucson because I wanted AWD. It has been one of the biggest mistakes. The first was getting a Hyundai. They don’t care about their consumers. My car has been blowing headlights- having electrical issues (my auto windows go back down when you roll them up, my rear windshield wipers go off whenever they want, my break light seems to go on and off at random. I have reached out because as a company they should only want the best products out there. I was told that “because my car is over 3 years old. There is nothing they can do for me. To bring it to a dealer and “see what I can get” for it. I owe more than it’s worth because one thing they don’t tell you when you buy a Hyundai is they depreciate way faster than you can make payments to survive. DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI.

Keeping aside the Hardware and Tech. We all need to check, how reliable is this Power train in the Long run. This being a turbo petrol engine, more mechanical parts are required, So more wear and tear compared to Naturally Aspirated Engines.

We have terrible mind set growing up year after year. Why we are buying cars. I baught tiago before 4 years ago xm model in petrol for 4.64 lakh rs onroad, yet I still have no music system in my car but never missing it. Even ac use is very limited, only in city area and extremely warm conditions. The most important thing is comfort you feel in a car, safety, suspension set up and stability are some more important things than nvh levels and other rubbish like looks or interior plastic and many more. We are getting absorbed by foreign companies in many ways.

The suspension setup will make or break your experience..even more so than having 10-20bhps of lesser power or +3s on your 0-100kmph dash if that is even relevant out here lol. Let's bring in Honda City CVT for a minute. Though it belongs to different segment but still... We have Venue and KIA sonet DCT. On road price of Venue:14,62,000(SX+ DCT)Petrol On road price of Sonet:16,05,000(GTX+ DCT)Petrol On road price of Honda City:17,74,000(ZX CVT)Petrol Insted of taking Sonet one can opt for City as it is only 1 LAKH costlier... In one lakh you are getting such a big car with features and comfort more than that of SONET... If on tight buget of 16lakh, opt for lower model(VX).. Kia sonet is too costly I have opted for Hyundai Venue as it is within 15 lakh. Though it has some flaws I will able to manage What do you think?

it was a bad choice u cant compare city to sonet even then u get better ground clearance and many other features like brake assist, traction control, different modes, better mileage and many more the only thing that bad is back seat spaciousness and both have same power so taking sonet is a best choice over city and if u have 18 lakhs approx then going for kia seltos is much better than buying a city as in every aspect its way better and looks better

When compared side to one cannot say, Sonet is beefier. Venue has strong creese lines on the side, looks better proportioned from all angles, compared to Sonet's ever so slightly dipping nose and shapeless back. In the interior too, there's a lot going on in the Sonet compared to Venue's clean and simple layout.

The venue sits lower and is slower but is perfect for new or young drivers because of the variety of modern and straight forward dash, tech as well as safety features it boasts in lower trims. The seltos feels like an suv but the interior dash is too busy for me and the safety and tech equipment are less exciting and confidence inspiring in lower trims compared to the venue. It’s a real head scratcher to choose 😞

Gold standards set by Nexon? You must be kidding me. The AMT on it is terrible, no IMT option either and even in the Manual it has turbo lag and many flat spots. The cabin noise from the engine is quite noticeable too. Not at all comparable to Sonet in terms of engine refinement and power.

Sir, m ur huge fan! Please help, it's my 1st ever question to u, pls answer.. My father wanted to buy a car which should be stylish and classy. He will drive in a town only, 100kms of circumference. He can't manage manual car as he is an old age man; so our preference is automatic car only. I was confused between Venue DCT, Magnite CVT & Aura automatic. We live in Amravati and no Nissan showroom is here until now. Nagpur dealers arrange servicing camp monthly once in Amravati. Which car should I buy for him, should I hurry and buy Venue/Aura in December/Diwali or should I take a risk of Magnite? He is a government servant and I dnt want his hard earned money to go vain.. It's his 1st car, we are not going to sell it off ever.. or should I wait for new i20? Pls guide. His height is 5.7... He might feel previlege in driving compact SUV😁

Kia is seems to be better something but price is so high, I Kia should think over the price because middle class population are much more than high class in India. These car are need of the middle class people not for high class. In 12.60 lakh we get top sx(o) petrol varient of VENUE which has six airbag ABS, EBD, Electronic stability control. Safety wise I would prefer venue than sonet. Because in this amount money we get kia sonet htx which is not providing this much safety features. One should always prefer Safety than Looks.

The rear seat is not where you'd want to be if you're anywhere around 6 feet or have a wide body frame, which is a shame as the sonet is otherwise top notch. They could have booted a some boot space and improved on the rear seat comfort.

Kia seltos is a South Korean company which provide lesser quality than maruthi, even this is set as 3 star rating in safety, this got just pass the exam in test with only 8.4 points , do not buy cars only for design and technical options. Finaly if you die in a accident then all gone. So go for a cars which crossed 14 points atleast at safe rating. Tata and Mahendra is working good now so always go for our own company and ignore other nation cars

Sir i own venue S variant... still 9 months gone...ignition spark coil change karwana pada, water wash ki waje se... sirf 2 mahine mai... rusting hokar injection coil ka spring toot gaya... aur check engine light arahi hai maine 1 month se check engine light se gaadi chalaraha hu... showroom mai parts nahi hai..Rahul hyundai karnataka mai spare parts hi nahi hai... is gaadi math kareedo guys... regret buying Hyundai Venue...its really sensitive for water...1 glass water apki gaadi ke bonet ke niche chala gaya toh poori Gaadi karab hojayega.... Dont buy Hyundai Venue
