Sir i have doubts 1. Will car cut off while collision. 2. In case of emergency how to stop car say if break fails or smoke appears in dashboard other thn push button as we dont have clutch. 3. In case of short circuit or any other fire related issue amd if we stuck in car for some reason will car cut off if not isent it a major issue as car is on and fuel supply is on it may blast..... In short what r the safety issues in imt as we don have option to shut off engine only puch button........ as we have option to shut off engine by just removing leg from clutch paddle

You have missed the most important thing - build quality, platform used to build these cars of and safety. Venue is based on Santro platform which has only scored 2 -stars in NCAP test. Hence, it's safe to say both Venue and Sonet are not safe vehicles. Just adding airbags and features like ESP etc will not make a car safe - build quality depends on the quality and strength of material used for building. Nexon and XUV300 are ones with proven safety, check out GNCAP ratings Venue built for Australian and US markets has scored well on safety, but India specific Venue and Sonet are very different from those built for international markets. To conclude, Hyundai and Kia should first send both these cars, built for Indian markets to GNCAP test, publish results, and then allow us to compare

The review seems highly biased due to the following reasons: 1. Both the speakers were constantly speaking about Sonet only, no discussion about Venue at all. 2. Features of only the top variant of Sonet were being discussed. 3. Price difference between Sonet and Venue is around 1 lakh for comparable models in petrol, in Sonet HTX u don't even get alloy wheels after spending 11.5 lakh rs. It seems like a marketing video of Sonet where the speakers are convincing everyone about all aspects of Sonet including design to services. I may be wrong but this looks like a paid promotion to me after Sonet was heavily criticized by the market for its high pricing.

Whenever you're at hault, and driving a DCT, always put the car in Park mode. Do not coast in D mode. Your trasmission will never get heated. ✌️ its not just with DCT, but also with TC and DSG's.
