As an owner of Sportage since 2021, I would say it almost never disappointed me at all. I haven't driven MG, but I sat in MG and its material feels cheaper than Sportage tbh. I don't know more about MG. I, no doubt, prefer Sportage if we compare it with MG/Tucson. If I ever move to another cross over after Sportage, then I will go for Haval H6 (2.0T or HEV). I am driving MG HS for more than 02 years and I differ with the Ali Bhai opinion due to following missing features / reasons comparison: MG 06 Air Bags Sportage 02 MG with Paddle Shifter and Sportage non MG fuel avg is 14 to 15 on motorway MG with Cool Box and Sportage non MG 360 Degree Camera and Sportage with only reverse Camera MG blind Spot Monitoring and Sportage non MG Maintenance Cost is not that high that it was compared with German Cars No annoying sound while opening the tailgate, I think this particular MG shown in video may be having that problem MG Seats are very comfortable and response on bumpy roads is excellent MG Torque is 250 NM and Sportage is 196 NM, so MG is very fast. The list goes on and on

These are all rumors. I'm using hi octane and driving with light foot and it gives me around 10 to 11 in city and 14 to 15 on highways with an avg speed of 110. Moreover, it will hardly a difference if you will use hi octane in terms of fuel cost. Presently, it is Rs.30 higher than normal fuel so it will cost you Rs. 1000 to 1500 in 400 to 500 km. The only drawback is resale as compare to Corolla or civic otherwise it's an amazing machine.​@@arbabshan753

Comfort level of mg is way way higher. Either You sat in a wrong posture Ali bhai or maybe they changed cushioning in ckd units. Plus many many safety and assistive driving features were overlooked like nothing 😂

This comparison seems heavily biased in favour of sportage. Its pretty obvious that both these gentlemen have not had alot of experience with both cars and are just talking the typical dealer mindset. I would advise anyone reading this to read my entire comparison rather than listening to these gentlemen who really dont know much about both these cars and are sharing their experience of test drive. Both have not lived with these cars for prolonged period of time like myself. I have both, a awd sportage and a hs. I also have a glory 580 pro. I rate mg as having the best drive and features. Glory as having the most utility, bang for buck and decent set of features. Sportage is a rough tough and of the 3 consumes the most fuel. Sportage awd also comes with electronic lumbar support something the other cars lack. Mg has manual and glory doesnt has any lumbar support. Interms of style Mg>glory>sportage Interms of performance Mg>sportage>glory Interms of utility Glory>sportage>mg Interms of fuel consumption Mg gives me 13.5 total driven 40,000 Sportage gives me 10.2-10.5 43,000 driven (awd consumes more fuel but i have a light foot and can get good milage off most cars i drive) Glory gives average 10.5-11.5. Bang for buck Glory>mg>sportage Interms if features Mg>glory>sportage. Resale Sportage gas amazing resale value, mg has decent resale but its customer is usually educated and has a special preference . Glory has absolutely poor resale value. Ofc if you put the add on pakwheels you will get offers but dont expect the car to sell for too much. Aftermarket services Depends on the city Mg and kia and dfsk all have decent dealership network. Kia seems to be more professional compared to the rest. Dfsk badly needs better trained staff Mg for a bew company surprisingly had pretty decent dealership support. Overall You cant go wrong with anyone of these If i had to pick one and 7 seater is not a requirement Id pick mg If i am on a budget and need 7 seats. Glory is the way to go If i want decent resale and fuel consumption isnt a big issue for me … pick the sportage Please note my experience is strictly with kia sportage AWD which uses normal fuel Both glory and mg have strictly been used with high octane.

Kia has less torque and horse power as compared to MG HS 2024 High Octane is not for MG HS, actually it is required for Turbo engines 😂 I have sold my undersized normal simple SUV KIA and switched to the MG HS 2024 model. I am very happy with my decision. My MG HS 2024 model is giving me an average of 14.5 to 15 km/Litre on normal mode on high octane with a torque of 250. Value of money, feel like a mercedes and drive drive like a cruiser

I have a MG HS 2024 Model I am getting an average of 15 Km/litre on normal mode on high Octane. Resale is getting better day by day because of local assembling with international quality. I have a 5 year warranty. Value of money and with a feel of a British SUV. MG HS 2024 is highly recommended!

Corolla Cross is overpriced and significantly more compact than these SUVs. It lacks features like panaromic sunroof and from what i have heard from people that have driven it say that its very underpowered. Paying 1 Crore for the toyota name is stupidity when u have better options like haval in similar price range that offer better quality, features, power and value
