UVO is great and head and shoulders above Landrover Connect which I had in my last vehicle. I went from Range Rover to the new Sorento and haven't looked back. The Kia is way way better and far more reliable!

Can you help please. Having installed UVO it asks me to enter a pin on my phone to lock the car. Where do I get the pin?

Followed this to the letter but cannot get the verification code to send to the car. Keeps coming up with the error “ this import request failed because the network connection is unstable”. This has happened because I had to install the new app, the old one worked perfectly well, why did you have to change it? Now I have a car with zero battery (phev) and no way of charging it that I am aware of!!!

I have problem with the UVO. When i type in the VIN number i cant get connection with the server. Is the problem that i am logd in the car as guest?

Useless. No UVO on my in car infotainment system so that makes the whole thing unusable. No idea why it’s not there. 2019 Sportage 4

Does all the features in the app also apply to KIA´s plug in hybrids?

You can't control the AC or the heater with the app on plug-ins yet. I believe everything else should work though.

Yes you certainly can! If you use the 'share' function from the phone that's already connected. One phone will be listed as the 'owner'.

UVO is not worth the effort on the lower end automobiles. Entry level models come with a VERY stripped down UVO, with limited services, limited apps, limited quality. Don't know why they even bothered to put them into a car. Seltos S comes with a basic- basic- basic UVO. It will remind you to get an oil chance. Oh wow. Wish it could be removed and install an aftermarket quality radio. KIA comes with no XM, pandora, navigation, it is very dependent on your cell phone. Very disappointing.
