The Kia sales manager, for some reason, set up his UVO account on the Sorrento we bought. I've been out in the driveway for awhile trying to figure out how to delete his account. Your video helped to understand it needs to be done with his phone. Well, plan B. Thanks for the info!

Just call UVO center. They will make cancelation. It will take about 2 weeks. But they get it done.

Thanks. A few questions: 1. Are all the UVO services free? 2. I have a 2018 Kia Forte EX 4 door sedan. Does the Remote Start work on that particular model? (NOTE: I have the original nav/software installed; I've never done any updates. Do I need to do the recent free updates in order for the UVO app to work to remote start IF that feature works at all on my model?)

You do not have to create account. You download app on her phone and use the same login and password.

Just bought a used 2019 optima and the previous owner's info is still linked to the car. Is there any other way to delete their info besides having them remove the car from their app? Because I have no clue who the previous owner was and neither does the dealership. Thanks
