One hell of a project. I'm not normally geared towards this line of activities, more of the jock type, though I do own a soldering station and a desoldering station. If it were me, I'd make the Jarvis unit mounted via a chest rig. Mount Jarvis to you and the connect/disconnect components as you need. I feel like that adds more flexibility to the unit in general. And then it makes it easier to carry Jarvis to new suit renditions rather than redesigning a new mount for inside the chest plate of every new version down the line

Hey if you ever have 3d printed parts that you need to be thinner and stronger or electrically conductive, there are companies like Repliform that will electroplate your parts to any additional thickness of nickel or copper, so you can make the part thinner when printing and thicken with metal accurately. I haven’t used them yet, but I plan on it. Hopefully this helps with any size constraints! (I don’t think it’s too expensive, but idk)

To solve the problem of the shoulder mounted elements, would it work to use a "drive by wire" system, like on bicycles breaks or gear changes? You have a lot of room in some places (like the torso) where you could possibly place all the heavy stuff and use actuators to push or retract wires along some housing tubes. Just an idea :)

@@KiarasWorkshop fair enough. Have you considered creating some 3D printed molds and then silicone casing those pieces. Silicone can be much easier to colour in the exact right way you want (if you do a few test runs first of course)
