Kick It Out and Premier League clubs unite against homophobia, biphobia and transphobia

Kick It Out, football’s equality and inclusion organisation, has released a film featuring players from every Premier League club which seeks to promote LGBT+ inclusion in football and emphasise that homophobic, biphobic or transphobic (HBT) discrimination has no place in the game.

@WhotfisSid Everyone is different but I don't know the private lives of so many footballers. So many footballers just talk about football in public and keep the off the field stuff private. I imagine any gay footballers fall in that category. I'm sure they are gay players which their teammates know about and they just keep it in the team. They are at no obligation to tell the public.

Racism is despicable, I don’t understand it. However I do understand a person looking at his father, seeing how much he has earned throughout his life, then looking at what a footballer, on the bench, has earned in a week. In some cases, Infact most cases, the fuel that feeds the fire of these people is helplessness, sadness, frustration. We are all capable of saying and doing things against our nature when we don’t know what else to do. If the world wants to eradicate hatred, truly, it needs to go back down to the route of the problem. Ignorance goes both ways. Trying to subdue the “least well off” will only create a greater divide. People may be less skilled in regards to the mainstream but believe me they are no less intelligent. Which then instills a deeper and deeper and deeper frustration, until it mutates into fury and anger. The only way to fight this conflicting scenario is to bridge the gap. Not to cut the rope that binds us. However I’m a qualified gas engineer and I can’t get a job, I hear ‘white boy’ etc on the tv all the time. Whose standing for me ???
