Junior introduces himself several times in Starship in the same way "My name's Junior, maybe you've heard of me". The first time he does this, in his very fist scene, the Starship Rangers haven't heard of him, but they have heard of his Dad, the only character he seems to actually care about at this point.(Remember, at one point how he was really worried about the Rangers being left on the planet) Here however, the Overqueen quite clearly has heard of him; you can see her trembling in fear. Some kind of twisted character development is that; make of it what you will.

Jr. Is such a simple yet amazing villain. He's the son of an evil genius and a sociopath that doesn't care for anything or anyone but himself. He's unapologetically evil, and his obsession with smoking pot is not only a funny character trait, but it also shows how he doesn't even care about obeying his father. When he tells Bug about how he's going to be rich, he doesn't even mention his father. All he can think about is how rich he alone will be and how when he's rich, he can buy as much pot as he wants. This song pretty much symbolizes his whole character in just a minute. The authoritarian militaristic beat of the music and the lyrics describing how much he enjoys the destruction of innocent life shows just how bad he is without you even having to watch the play to understand his character.
