You can sell the broken furniture to the pawn shop. The reason why he didn’t want to buy your stuff before is because you had set it to only sell a specific star level. That’s why he just bought some and not all.

I sold the damaged stuff at the pawn shop. You just have to select them individually and sell. Also, if you fill the trash can and create the bag with Q then fill your can again just don’t make the second (Q) bag until you’ve picked up the first one and walked to your recycling cans or truck. I hope that makes sense. 😊😊

Don't sell ...Grab and smash! After which you can recycle with trash for TONS more CASH!!!!! But you need to wait until after the job when OWNERSHIP of said junk transfers to you. Until then, it won't let you smash it but afterward it's all yours to do with as you please. So please, stop robbing yourself and simply do the grab and smash for all that delicious cash!!!!

I am really enjoying AC/GE. 🙂I was thinking how cool your new business site is going to be. I remember many many years ago visiting the sites where my family would build our car dealerships. If we were fortunate we would buy a previously owned dealership or find a nice piece of prime land. It was amazing to watch, as the weeks went by, and see it slowly get built. your best goal after getting the office get the lv2 compression machine to compress garbage i saved all the garbage i collected around the office and put it through trhe compression and made over 100,000 dollars.

This game becomes a multiplayer game from this moment on. Luckily my girlfriend loves these games but I've tried it without her and the jobs from this point forth are tedious for single player. Even with her I still want to find more help because the jobs would be really fun with 4 people. I never paid attention to the payouts though, so I'll look into that.
