Grateful to the vet nurse who notified the kind rescuer .. saving this poorly nourished mother dog Snow & new puppies ... Clearly vet manager not compassionate, possibly wanted payment & money for a stray dog. Many thanks to rescuer for taking over.

There are some countries where a veterinarian is required to treat and care for "strays" in order to maintain his/her accreditation/license, just as doctors are required to provide reasonable treatment to the indigent, and attorneys have to occasionally take Pro Bono cases. If that is not the case where this video was taken, make that money-grubbing quack INFAMOUS in print, on air, and online. When he goes out of business, he will see (TOO LATE) the error of his ways....
