Mock if you must. But this is clear cut proof that the Zebco 202 is still making it happen after so many decades. A fisherman that knows what he's doing doesn't hurt either. Dude... That budget pick was fixed! Honestly... $25 is just too low for rod reel and lures, although Fletcher made the correct logical choice. $150, $250 and $350 NEXT Time! Connor actually did great for $100! ...and the win! Nice! ...Loved Noah! $250... you think I can spend all of it? At my WalMart I could easily spend the $250 on one rig, line, terminal and 5 different lures with their backups! Always buy 2 or 3. Lots of lures lost in my pond!!! I do REALLY like the fact that you did your shopping on one day and fishing on the next day. That makes so much more sense than trying to cram it all in one day. Too much pressure. Sorry about the cold front, but I really liked the challenge except for the $25 low end. --- I can't believe how many you caught after that front! TEXAS rigged soft plastics baby!!! 👋👍

That Zebco push button is what I started with and in my opinion if your just getting into fishing buy it because it’s pretty cheap and in case you don’t like fishing you didn’t spend a whole bunch of money
