I loved this video, your boys are so cute ❤.. I’m a grownup bookworm, my grandkids have my Dr. Seuss books from a book club that my mom purchased from over 50 yrs ago.. and I saved a few of my kids books from book clubs that I joined in the 80’s and 90’s.. The fun part is seeing all our names in the books and now I’ve added their names in the books too... Also. I do use Pocketpedia to keep track of my books and I absolutely love it.. It’s an app that sorts and organizes your books based on the info that is entered.. it allows you to create collections and sort different ways.. it truly is so much better than the spreadsheets I was using .. Thanks again for sharing this video❤

Yes, please keep geeking out over books; then I’ll feel like I’m not so crazy for geeking out over kids literature too!! Also, how do you instill in your kids good care of books? I.e. not just pulling them all off the shelves?

Kindred spirits. ;) Someone else asked me that same question. I don't know that I do anything specific; just repeat that the boys have to put the books away when they're done reading them...?? Maybe they picked up the habit through how we deal with toys...🧐

Do you keep homeschooling books together? Or do you also put them into categories?

At this point, we don't have our homeschool books separate from others. But we will have to do that in the future (by kindergarten), when our curriculum gets a bit more intense. ;)

I'll have to make a video on that, because finding the right places to purchase books can make a huge difference budget-wise. ;)
