The problem with seasoned trained chef is that they are trained to always create their own recipe. In training schools they dont teach you how to properly cook fried rice or anything. There is no standard recipe. Itd just how to cook using different method. Authenticity is not a standard in the culinary world they are always encourage to be creative.
