I also wasn't a big kid rock fan yet liked a few songs obviously on The Devil Without A Cause album. In 1999 I won 2 tickets on the radio to see Metallica in Hartford CT right in the snake pit. I could have sworn Kid Rock either opened up for them or came out and sang a few songs with James but my one time good memory seems to have faded after almost 25yrs. Trump & Kid Rock have known eachother for years as there's several pictures of them even before Trump was president floating around still. 👍

I LOVE your optimism, but it is not the truth. "The media" is not a small group of people that can be influenced. The big money behind who makes it in the typical methods has been driving for over 50 years. Back in the 60s & 70s when they pushed the British band influence over many homeland American rock, simply telling it like it is doesn't work. As independent as most Americans like to believe we are, it's a mirage. For Kid Rock to be able to do this and survive is outstanding. I love him for it.
