I had a cancer survivor student in my class back in high school. She was bullied and called a disease spreader by childish people. I told her that she was so brave going through that. It's not easy going through it alone. I offered to shave my hair off for support but she told me not too. Instead we bought her a wig that was like her hair. She wears it but only when it's cold. ❤❤❤❤ She is now 32, and stronger than ever. I hope others will support those who have cancer.

8:10 my great aunt was still alive around me and had colon cancer, she worked constantly so she can make me have the best childhood. When she came home, she had a hospital bed. We met her in the hospital she was in and there was a shop in the hospital where we can give her flowers and treats, I gave her some roses as I can recall. After she passed away during the night, I went in my own room crying after her death. A few people did come in the see me but I started to walk away from them and cry again. She passed away in November of that year, and we hang up wreaths for her after Thanksgiving every year.

This is a good example of how unknowledgeable people can be about cancer. 😥 My sister- in-law fought cancer for 2 years & she died December 8th of last year. We loved her as our own daughter. We now have l friend that is fighting for her life. All prayers are greatly appreciated!! Parents need to teach their children about this horrible disease 😭 & that bullying is very wrong!! I had a teacher dealing with breast cancer. She fought but I’ll never forget the day the school broke the news that she didn’t make it! We were all devastated and I was hit the hardest as she was part of my support! A message to all cancer patients and/or survivors: You're not alone. I know someone who have that terrible disease: my uncle. You see, when he first have that, doctors said that he had a slim chance for survival from it. But miraculousy, he did survive it and I'm so grateful for that and for God to help him get through it. So you see, that's why I'm so touched by the video and by Cameron's classmates along with his father for standing by his side. I'm so disgusted when people with cancer get picked on just because of it; some people may be wanted that kind of thing as a joke, but cancer is no laughing matter. My grandma had cancer and sadly past away in 2020 when COVID happened. I miss her so much and I’m still recovering from this loss it was very hard to take in this news but I know she is in a better place now ❤. I've also lost two people to cancer. my nana passed away when I was a baby and my poppy (Mum's dad) passed away from secondary lung cancer back in 2020 after fighting it for almost four years. It's so hard for people who have family that have cancer to watch them waste away and feel super lost, also like there's nothing that they can do. My Aunt Liz died of Breast Cancer, she was a fighter, but unfortunately she was in the hospital for a while until she couldn’t take it anymore, when my dad’s brother Marc told us she died, I was so shocked, so we had to go to the funeral and got to see her family including her daughter, which is my cousin and told her that I was so sorry for her loss, I hugged her for a few minutes before I left with my dad, and then we went to the party to celebrate her life with a picture slideshow of her throughout her life together with family and friends until the end, which was very very nice to see.

Me and my family are extremely supportive and are hoping that they can go on and live for several more years, but at the same time, we're preparing ourselves for the worst.
