Im so glad that grandpa is recovering well, My best wishes go to your family, That being said I have just found out that my uncle has been diagnosed with cancer and my not live till Christmas. He had his first kemo treatment last friday and that knocked him around a fair bit which was not pleasant to watch but there was nothing my family could do but just be there. I hope for your family's sake that grandpa does not come to that stage. Best of luck guys x

The only way for it to not be malignant is to have 100% of the cancer gone. Malignant cancer likes to return, and is usually a life long battle of beating it and it coming back. Source, took two different cancer class in college. Mom has bladder cancer and goes to Boston for treatments.
