The reason why Ja is a wannabe gangsta is, he grew up in the suburbs with 2 loving, caring and successful parents, he have no opps which would mean he have no one to fear, he is now making $40 mil a year and have basically completed life. But instead of being a good influence on his younger fans, he is trying to be a gangsta and show how tuff he is even tho he have no reason to do all the stupid things he does. NBA players who are actually from the trenches and grew up with killers don’t act the way Ja does.

Kidd and Cee love you guys, but c'mon everytime you turn around Morant's in something. And what the heck was his mother thinking getting him involved goes to show money doesn't change what you are only enhances it.

I look at it like this Dame and DeRozan are really from the trenches and I've never seen them act how Ja act.... but this is why the NBA still has lebron as the face of the NBA because he from 18 all the way to 38 he never posted with no gun or punch a teenager...

You two need to think about this, Im sorry you guys are fans. Think harder uncle shay wants better cause he sees potential. Ja has another incident at his sisters highschool. By the age of 13 or even younger I was always around druggies and my friends were already dealing by 14. Another friend stole his sister car at that joy ride at 15 they let the youngest friend 12 drive they got into a car accident youngest boy died. I had a opportunity to join them that night. Thank God I didn't, after that everyone went separate ways from that group one then the father kicked him out to live on the streets the other had to live with the grandparents other not sure what happened but I choose not to follow them I was already making smart decision lol.

Defend your home? From a 17 year old MINOR throwing a basketball at you? What?? He needs to have more self control an that goes for ANYONE, athlete or superstar or regular degular ole Joe from down the street, I get that he was threatened an he should be reprimanded for that but Ja be in waayyyy too much stuff
@KiddandCeeReacts Жыл бұрын
You thinking 17 year old minor, Clearly you've never been to Memphis or even know how that city is. 17 year old in certain cities is not a regular 17 year old minor. When I was 17 trust me I knew killers who were 17 and didn't care who you were

@@KiddandCeeReacts believe me dawg, I get what you sayin, that’s anywhere not just Memphis also South Carolina where I live, I got cousins locked up since they been jits, locked up for assault, murder, all dat, so believe me I get what you sayin but in any situation you have to have self control not saying don’t be aware because anybody can be dangerous, hell nowadays a 10 year old can be I’m just saying him as a “celebrity” or “superstar athlete” you do have an INFLUENCE, the only thing is for me, my main focal point was him having more self control, that is all
@Supersaiyanalex Жыл бұрын
And man I done been all over, far as Mexico and PR, from Texas to New York, believe me it’s different everywhere I know that, it’s all ages doin kick doors and murder and assaulting and robbin niggas, I’m saying in that situation you be cautious if he got threatened, it’s ok to defend yourself or keep your gun on you or whatever the case may be but also have enough self control to keep your cool
@KiddandCeeReacts Жыл бұрын
I agree with you but when you welcome someone in your home and they start an altercation with you and threaten you and they aren't alone and with a city with a reputation like Memphis with mostly kids doing the crime, you may over react. And in all honest Ja isn't the only Memphis Basketball player with street ties. His curse is the social media era. The other players Memphis had did way more than Ja
@Supersaiyanalex Жыл бұрын
@@KiddandCeeReacts and you right about that, I get it, it’s dangerous even having self control because other niggas don’t have self control like that and just pop off, so I definitely agree wit what you sayin bro, all love to y’all, I’m glad we could have opinions and not deviate from anything because it’s true what you say as well

You 100% right about being black from the south. I’m from southern VA, when joined the Army i instantly connected with guys from the Carolinas, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, etc. It was like we all grew up similar

It is such a shame when a talented player walks this path. I bet it is the company that he keeps around him. As long as that remains in his life, it will pull him and his name down from potential greatness that a player like him can achieve.

Lol that kid was 17 and jah had ppl with him wtf was he gonna do that threaten jah life in that moment ofc in most states he has the right to defend himself but supposedly hitting someone 10+ plus isn’t defending ur self no more damn right trying to hurt someone I can tell u don’t listen to Shannon he unbiased as fuck long as lebron not in it so wtf u mean
@KiddandCeeReacts Жыл бұрын
And I can tell you don't know your facts about the situation and focusing on someone telling you something instead of doing your own research. Ja isn't 10 years older than the guy like you stated. The 17 year old wasn't alone in the situation. Ja went and got a gun after the "kid" said he was going to shoot up the place. And clearly you know nothing about the Memphis area. So just like Shannon you have a lack of education to do research of your own

Morant has the potential to be one of the greatest players in the NBA and compete for a championship whether it's with the Grizzlies or somewhere else. I just hope that he doesn't waste it and be out of the league and we go "What if? What if?". I hope that I wasn't being harsh about my opinion of him, I just hope that he doesn't screw it up.

I can tell you guys dont watch shannon much before the altercation with shannon been trying tell his team to be careful they are talking too much when shannon was in the nfl he saw a young black athlete did the samething and ruined his life as another black man shannon trying get him to see that. Him flashing a gun in the strip club on IG live could've gotten him killed cause alot of gang members frequent these strip club.
