Like the vid stated, he knew exactly where they were and refused to go back home until she had sex with him(he only went back because she never relented.) Plus, she was never aware that he made up them being kidnapped by a cult until after they were rescued and the cops interrogated him.

@@FdotStizzy I hope so too, but I've requested it a few times now since sometime last year so it might not happen. I understand though; I know they're busy and do their best to accommodate all of us and I'm just thankful for their channel and their energy. Just being able to experience their connection, chemistry and humor has helped get me through many tough days. For this, I am ignoring the end of the story plot twist and working with the assumption they were really kidnapped for some ritual. The problem is that people responding to this story are judging the events based on how Mr. Ballen tells them and not on the events he mentions. Mr. Ballen uses descriptors such as "Conveniently" and "Miraculously" to try to convey the events as unbelievable, but I disagree. 1. It would not be too far fetched that the kidnapper would be struggling to not only stand up a limp full grown man, but tie him to a tree while holding him up and accidentally drop a knife close to him. 2. It is unlikely that a person who has just dug a huge hole and tossed a woman into it would just simply walk away afterwards, especially if there is a ritual involved. in the situation of this being a real kidnapping and planned ritual, the sleeping bag and food belonged to the kidnapper who was going to return shortly. 3. It would make sense for them to be held captive rather close to each other as the kidnapper would need to travel back and forth between the two on foot. 4. The backpack could have been left in a panic when the kidnapper came back and found them both gone. They would have bugged out quick to avoid the chance that the two victims had run into someone that could help them. The contents of the backpack could have been provisions for the victims if the kidnapper was intending to keep them alive for a few days while guarding them.
