Marlon made an art form out of dissecting all 3 people involved with the slap, and his personal experiences with them. He didn't really cut any of them a break it's very clear for good reason albeit that he disliked Rock early in his career. It's clear that he had a thing for Jada and she allowed him to be around her as a friend until she found someone that she halfway wanted to be seen with because it's not about love with her it's about image and ego. It's also clear that he doesn't have many flattering personal memories of Will either, but I think he definitely realized after processing the events of all of this from his perspective that he dodged a massive bullet. At least if he ever intended to be serious with her. It's clear she saw him as a funny cute little brother type of guy, and she knew a little bit about his feelings for her. I'm not saying she has to reciprocate and I also don't think she led him on. Sometimes young dudes get in their thoughts too much about what could be and don't focus on what is actually most likely to happen. If he only wanted to bang her though then I feel he was being as realistic as he could. Who knows.

I think theres only so much a man can take. I think Will Smith has all these things inside him. What jada did he has it in his head. And then because it was also discussed by Jada in front of him. It's like him being humiliated by her so he has that .. then people began saying things about him, like Chris said because he let jada do that. People also start saying negative things about him because he let it happen. So between what jada did to him the affair, the humiliating interview and then people saying hes a b-----. For letting jada dominate him. He just has all these pent up feeling inside I think. And when Chris made a joke and it displeased Jada. I have a feeling Will smith took all of the humiliation and jadas affair and all the bad comments because he wants his family intact. It was a sacrifice he is making. Jada ,unhappy jada probably gives him problem. When she had an affair she was unhappy remember. You are among your colleagues who are the who's who in hollywood. The event is being telecast all over the world. If will didnt do anything. No one would have even remember the joke or even chris rock presenting. But he ruined his name with that one slapped and made people focus now on why he did that which made people talk about the affair, the red table interview etc.
