Trooper Yates' Narrative:
On 1/9/2021 at approximately 11:04 pm, Troop H dispatch advised of a noncustodial kidnapping that happened in Tennessee
with the suspect vehicle being tracked to our area. Trooper James Ray located the vehicle on Interstate 40 near the
Franklin/Crawford County line. The vehicle was traveling westbound. Trooper Ray followed the vehicle to the 16 mile marker
westbound on Interstate 40 where I was waiting. Trp. Ray, Tfc Shawn Ellis, and myself discussed performing a Box In
maneuver to keep the suspect from fleeing with the juvenile. I set my vehicle up in front of the suspect vehicle. Trp. Ray was
behind the suspect vehicle, and Tfc Ellis was on the driver side of the suspect vehicle. As we initiated the stop, the suspect
rammed my patrol car in the left rear bumper area. I was able to maintain my position in front of the suspect vehicle as the
suspect rammed my patrol car a second time in the middle of my rear bumper. The suspect then attempted to pass me on the
right shoulder of the interstate where the vehicle side swiped my passenger side. The suspect vehicle went off the shoulder of
the interstate into the grassy area. The suspect regained control of the vehicle then rammed the passenger side of my patrol
car. I used the passenger side of my car and pushed the suspect vehicle back into the grassy area on the shoulder. Both my
vehicle and the suspect vehicle rotated counterclockwise. As we became perpendicular to the interstate, the suspect vehicle
began driving toward the pavement. At this point the damage to my vehicle had disabled my ability to steer. I was able to
accelerate and again make contact with the suspect vehicle which caused both vehicles to spin clockwise and leave the
roadway to the north. I was able to get my vehicle stopped. The suspect vehicle was also disabled and boxed in by assisting units.
***
Trooper Ray's Narrative (edited out duplicate details from above):
A special agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations was actively pinging the cell phone of the alleged female involved in the abduction.
In coordination with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations of positive identification was made on both the female and juvenile. The driver was transported to jail and charged with:
Aggravated Assault on law enforcement
Felony endangering a minor
Felony fleeing
Various traffic related offenses
The child was released to his grandparents. No injuries were sustained to any involved party.

More than likely trying to hide drugs or other evidence. But rest assured officers are required to check the back seats and stuff at the end of their shift. I have to admit it would have been an experience from a spectator's view to be driving along not knowing anything was going on and then all of a sudden blue lights lighting up everywhere! ❤

She claims she could not pull over. From 9:00 - 9:29 she has every oppurtunity to pull over before any contact is made. She is out of her mind and thank good ness for cameras to confirm she is a liar.

"I have a child in the car" does not translate to "I have the authority to run from the police and endanger everyone else's lives".

FYI the first 8 minutes are literally just the cop following the car. The action starts after 8 minutes and it happens suddenly.

9:02 Actions begins. Red & blue light glaring! Get your popcorn! It was over before it began. Officers knew a child was in the vehicle. Great job ASP ❤️ Oops! Officers needed to read her Miranda rights before any conversation took place😳

Not necessarily. That's only if they're directly questioning. Anything in a regular conversation is an "excited utterance"

@@Saanonymous80 I thought the officer wanted more information as to why the kid was with her, or something like that. I could be wrong. I would have to watch again.
