Finally, we get measurements in real world terms!!! Thank you!! Trying to figure out grams, oz, milligrams is not realistic for most shoppers, but descriptions in half-cups, medium size, etc makes much more sense.

Glad it was helpful! A lot of people purchase a kitchen scale to help them be more precise with serving sizes too.

Love your channel. Fighting to thrive in my every day life. I have foamy urine, im afraid i have kidney damage or CKD. Not a fan of doctors so im seeking self healing through whole food, clean eating and a renal friendly diet with daily exercise. Blood pressure is higher than normal, need to get that under control, and need to lose abother 15 lbs, presently 225 lbs. Thank you for your channel and research ❤

I'm eating a low oxalate diet. Does the oxalate level of each fruit and vegetable appear by them on the main list? Or do you have to open each item individually to obtain that information? Thank you.
@kidneyfoodie Жыл бұрын
Hi Linda - at this time, you would need to click into each food to see the oxalate content. We were limited on space on the main page, but I will look into whether I can possible add a filter to at least sort low to high.

Spinach is high in oxylates, isn’t it? I thought raw spinach is not good for kidneys, however if you boil it, it lessesns the oxylates.
