Plus having the ice cream, the lettuce and other fixings should at least provide enough moisture to prevent the bread from overtaking. He can also just introduce some without bread, he's done that in past sausages

If you wanted to take this beyond a 5/5 you can soak the beef kidney in a light brine of salted water and apple cider vinegar, it gets rid of the smell for the most part, and add some grated onion and Worcestershire sauce to the mince. Kidney is such a great, cheap, tasty filler meat, it amazing with caramelized onions and fried mushrooms in a pie. Im so glad you made this one!
