the girl that said “different flowers bloom in different seasons” or something along those lines, her words really hit home... i have always felt like a failure if i wasn’t up to par with my friends/classmates in achieving things (getting their drivers license, moving out, etc..) so this got me really depressed and i hated myself and where i was but i realized (with a few friendly reminders from my loved ones) that all good things take time, just because you haven’t achieved something doesn’t mean you won’t (obviously adding effort helps because things don’t just happen without effort) so to those who feel like they’re a failure because of where they are right now, please be kinder to yourself and know that somebody else’s path is not your own. you will achieve your goal, just wait a little bit and keep going at your own pace. and if you fail, that’s okay- just try again! you got this :) i’m rooting for you! (with lots of love from Canada)

Drivers license....for me it was the opposite. I never cared about getting a license bc I never needed one. Now I’m alone at college and I’m starting to realize just how far behind I am when it comes to certain things. Everyone around me has it all sorted out while I’m just trying to not mess up my first year 😕

Wow.... something like this happened to me. I cried for hours at the train station... people moved away from me, smirked at me then stayed away as far as they could from me. Not one person did ask me if I was ok...until one homeless man made a close distance from me and asked for my permission to sit next to me. He then spoke to me like an angel was sent from the sky. I Still remember his name, Antonio. He even offered me something to eat and coffee. He told me he had some money from begging, and would like to share!!! I later on came back to that station from time to time looking for him, but never got to see him ever again. Sometime an angel only appears in your life once, but the impact he/she makes in your life is enormous.
