@@CowpokeScav Think about it for a second, Arti has the lowest rep with them (for obvious reasons) but Spearmaster has the second lowest rep with them for no reason. They are also a lot more aggresive too but somehow after Artificer's campaing, Scavs are no longer overly aggresive. It's almost as If Chieftain allowed them to do whatever they want and that resulted with them being overly aggresive. If you mean this as "Scavs didn't know what happened to Arti." I can assure you, they KNOW what happened, they just don't care in slightest, it doesn't matter whether she went on a rampage or not tbh. You can take a pearl from a Scav Toll and go to any other Toll, regardless of holding the pearl or not, they will shoot you. News seems to travel a lot faster than a fly dodging your blow, the news of a Scav Toll getting murdered over a Pup spreaded fast. Lastly, Scavs have a shit ton amount of pearls and they do have forgiveness in their culture but for some reason they saw a baby who didn't know any better taking a pearl and their first course of action was straight up murder, no trials or anything like that. I see this whole thing as Scavengers getting punished for their greed, which fits with the theme of Rain World.
