I can imagine so many parents would moan about not having a child’s room have like posters & bright colours & superheroes on the wall 😂

I think the parents are quite glad that I don’t force them to have a multicoloured play room and actually feel quite relieved when I explain that’s not actually always what the child wants. Instead of asking the kids what character they like we can show them colours and ask them which colours make them feel more comfortable and relaxed or even sleepy!

Such commonsense advice for designing and decorating children's rooms. You're so right about the action hero and thematic type rooms. Too much stimulation in my opinion and a huge waste of money when it's time to redecorate.
