As a long time Tool fan I was surprised how I felt when I heard this cover the first time. Having heard the studio version so many times, you just get used to it, you know what sounds come after another and what happens next. To hear a cover this different but still accurate, and this well performed, and seeing it live (or "live"), you definitely remember how Good the actual song really is. Had to listen the whole album again. And I love how these kids are learning to listen and perform rock and prog songs. It's healthier than listening to rap or ... Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande ...and so on.

That's little Kala Rose, who has a band of her own now, this was years ago. The foundation likes to do Tool because of the complexity, and their version of Sober is different from the original, but they make the song theirs. BTW, Kala did a solo acoustic guitar version of All Along the Watchtower for her school takent contest sometime after she did this. At the time this was shot, Kala was 13 years old. She is still doing music, has her own band, etc. Personally my other favorite cover she has done was Iron Maiden's "The Longest Day".

The young girl “Kayla’s” cover of Florence and the machine...well it’s simply Beautiful. My daughters use to take ALL my CDs 💿 when they were small. I have to disagree with some of the general assumption that children don’t know what their musically inclined towards. Some of it is even means that we prefer what were accustomed to as now I absolutely detest the modern genre. I found myself listening to International Music now but by chance I found these MVs by the awesome 👏🏽 O’Keefe Foundation. Thanks for posting this Reaction.

they also audition for parts. their teachers/instructors pick the musicians out of those who audition. and they are "claves" not sticks. He's holding them wrong but he's a little kid and its great they had a part for him. Very funny stuff. liked your review.

All the kids kill it. Tool is not easy to play. Deep lyrics and super fast on all instruments. You guys need to shut up and enjoy the video and what these kids put into it. Tool is my favorite band and this is my favorite song and I actually like this version better. You're missing how great this version is cuz you keep pausing and talking over it. I've seen dozens of reactions to this video and yours is the only one I didn't finish
