churchkhela isn't even a Russian sweet, I live in Russia and here it's sold only as an eastern-country sweet, not as a "Russian national sweet" lol I've never even tried one myself.

Anhivara's Chicken Caucasus is separated on two regions: Transcaucasia (South) which is controlled by countries of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. And there is North Caucasus which is controlled by Russia. The food called Churchkhela is from country of Georgia and it was invented even before name Russia appeared on world maps. Georgia and Russia are not related in any way except when Russia controlled Georgia in 19th and 20th centuries.
