Kids that age shouldn't even have a phone, let alone have access to a phone. It should have been locked any. The same thing could have happened if they would have lost the phone or it got stolen. Your phone should always be locked.

So true! I think parents allow their kids watch KZbin or play games on their phone to keep them busy which I don’t think is too bad. They just need to teach them discipline

The one time i remember buying something without my dad knowing was on a bootleg mlp dressup game and i didnt even mean to do it😭 i thought it wont let me but it did! I deleted the game caz i didnt want to get in trouble but he found out, i dont think i was punished, but i still feel bad for it😭

I’m surprised how this kind of thing is on the rise and how some of the parents are taking it lightly. I agree with you, financial literacy should be taught at a very young age cos clearly these kids don’t know the value of money

i'm not a parent yet. but the way my chest was busy tightening and I had shortness of breath. May God help me, These Kids responses. and their parents outlook on this. the African in me is shaking

Funny enough, I learnt to manage my finances from a very young age and trust me tilldate that habit has helped me to grow financially and keep track of my finances. Most parents needs to educate kids more on financial management in reality and not just leaving them to what’s learnt at school, the world is evolving and a lots of seamless payments platform is been introduced. Everyone needs financial management and we should catch them young and educate them❤❤❤❤. I love this very topic. My inborn passion for financial management since a tender age is making me going back to pursue a Masters in finance. Well done Bisola ❤❤❤

Thanks for sharing Kafayat! This is so true for most people but unfortunately for today's kids, their parents don't pay attention to teaching them how to manage money which leads to them making poor financial decision. I also have a degree in Finance and I love it! You go girl 👏✨
