2:17 nvidia gpu is more of a nice-to-have. Anything that can run python will do for the teleop / data collection, and anything that can run the pytorch training in a reasonable amount of time will do for the training (I did everything on an M1 pro macbook, if you're handy enough - you could do it with a cheaper computer and do training on colab/a cloud instance too (maybe on HF even? I haven't done the last mystelf)) idk why this is black on black text for me rn sorry if theres typos lol

Ideas for Friedrich: - Remove lawn mower bag, empty bag, replace bag - Dynamic storage bin retrieval using costco yellow lid totes stored on a wall in 2x4 rack - Dynamic retrieval with fine tuned llm (Custom wake word with voice could be fun) such as "Grab the totes for {holliday}" or "Grab the tote with spare {parts}". I know this could be done without training the arm using the described method however it could be fun. - Other storage options such as: - Picking up a bike and hanging it from the ceiling - Sweeping the shop floor - A "Clear my desk" option to pick up the desk, Tilt it backwards, then place it back down - Garbage sorting (Glass, Green waste, Recycle, or Trash) - Subset to that: Empty the shop trash into the dumpster - Throw a pressure washer on it and wash some cars (Inspired by Shop Defense) - A twist on "Bring me a beer" could be "Bring the beer to me" - Pick up the shop fridge and move it closer to you While most (if not all) of this list is not practicle it could be fun. Most of this list is trying to make use of Friedrich's size and power rather than doing somthing that a smaller arm would be capable of like bartending. Although thinking more about that it could grab 5 gallon kegs with spouts on them and hover it over a glass...
