Trains at Didcot Parkway, GWML - 10/10/20

I went to Didcot Railway centre on a Thomas day once. I was very young, when HSTs and Turbos were here instead of IETs and Electrostars, even though there are still Turbos running. And I knew there would be an IET running diesel-under-the-wires in the video (excluding Cotswold line trains)

Great video Kieran!!! Didcot is one of GWRs best stations for sure. That freight seemed a bit pointless though because it only had 4 containers on it lol.

Surely that IET was on diesel as it was due to go via Chippenham through which route there is no catenary?

It's electric all the way to Swindon so shouldn't have been diesel.

Unfortunately that's out of my control, KZbin have a new way of doing it and most YT channels with a high number of subs have them on. Plus the ads help fund more trips and produce more content.
