That's an awesome question! For ours, we have a changing table with extra diapers and wipes, a diaper pail, comfortable seating (we have gliders/rocking chairs), a soft rug for the babies to have tummy time on, and a few toys they can engage with. We also have lamps that can be turned on/off to meet the needs of the babies in the room. Not a must have, but having a swing or two can be helpful when you need to set babies down, but would like to rock them still, or a crib for safe napping.

Blessings! Just found your channel! Any tips for scheduling with limited volunteers?

Hi! We limited the number of classrooms we were able to open depending on the number of teachers/helpers. So for a while, we only had two classrooms open, until we had enough to rotate to split for a third classroom. It's worth considering to do that, and be in communication with your congregation to pray for the right people to step up. We really don't want to burn out our volunteers, directors, or stress our students out.
