Pin a piece of string into the centre of the wheel. Cut the string to half the rim size (so 4inches for this one) attach a pen to in and draw a perfect circle.

Just a tip, take a heat gun and warm the mold of the original wheel, then cut it. Or warm the edge of the blade before you start cutting , and it goes like a knife through butter ;) Amazing work, my man, your an artist !

Anyone looking to make a perfect circle you can buy a adjustable drywall hole cutter (for making holes for lights in the ceiling). They make some to put on a drill. You're welcome
