Russell is so good at interviews. He gives his guests lots of space, but also then can throw in a joke, and has interesting stuff to say as well. And because he's actually interested in people, it all comes across as very genuine. I keep thinking 'how can a 27 year old be so good at interviews?' and then i remember he's like 54.

That was really good advice from Russell about actually listening to what's being told and finding the loophole and opening up the story. I think this would work well with any form of story telling of just approaching an idea from a different angle.

And staying calm. I'd like to do stand up, and for me I think staying calm is going to be probably the most helpful thing I can focus on.
