We looked tired, jaded, a bit sluggish, possibly a few carrying knocks and the weight of expectation. Norwich play a great physical and direct game, and we didn't into them especially in midfield. BUT - with Leeds losing we stay second and the games are running out for Leeds to catch us. We just need to get six points from the next two, and a reaction on Weds. massive week coming up.

The fact that Leeds lost makes the result more bearable but I get the distinct impression that win means more to the NCFC fans based on the league position. We were poor and Norwich were the better side on the day. You could just sense with the amount of free kicks we were conceding that eventually one would go in. We just didn't create any chances.

Ipswich can't be a Premier League team with results like this. Norwich goalkeeper didn't have to make even 1 save today. The Town needs forward directed passing. The game has been ruined by teams wanting to maintain possession in the defensive half and forget goals are scored in front of the opposing teams goal.
