its similair to Ole Ball at Man United (he was his assistant) : counter attacks, fast transitions from Defense to Attack with long balls, shooting at long range, scoring a lot of goals.

its not counter attacking football. Its called artificial counter attacks where you from the build up play starting from the goalkeeper drag the opponent in to then be able to find the spaces and quickly turn in it into to what looks like a counter attack. They often do this by overloading one side of the pitch to quickly switch sides with a longer ball, so its not simple counter attacking long ball football like ole

Tactical alone is not enough. If you watch this video, you will understand that these players are never going to get that so much space in the PL and most of the goals are consider a wonder goal. The same can't be replicate in the PL.
