I got mines. Same order it does not look that length or full. I will wash it and see how it looks. Bc im starting to believe they sending ya ll influencers better hair for reviews. Ive been getting bs wigs based of these reviews

The wig length may differ based on your height, neck length, face shape, etc. I am 5'6. An influencer who is 6'0 may need a 20in for hers to fall like mine. (Ex. TheHeartsandCake90). You can send pictures ro [e-mail] and I can take a look or you can measure and contact the brand about your wig for refund. Let's be honest, brands don't typically send influencers bad wigs. They want us to review the best. However, I stand by my statement that y'all should get what we get and if you don't, let me know! Too many "issues" and I don't work with the brand anymore. My loyalty is to yall.

True. It’s happened to me too. The wigs they send to them is different from what they sell. It’s not the same quality at all.

@ritamgbe6986 not everyone has the same experience. Quality control seems to be an issue though. I would suggest reaching out to customer service. Also please ensure you are buying wigs from links I share and not scam sites. Unfortunately. Some viewers have been scammed by sites that stole my pictures. But then come and make comments on my videos. When I try to help them, only then do they realize they were scammed. Not always the case but just be careful.
