Seriously Kierra we are twins. I LIVE in my mind sooooo much. I relate to your videos and have said it before that your videos I think I are therapeutic not only to your viewers but yourself. I CONSTANTLY find myself over analyzing everything that I do. Over analyze my emotions , being a people pleaser while myself not being pleased... dealing with scrupulosity feeling afraid that if someone is upset with me I’m doomed to hell 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ literally. I am really enjoying this video. Had a disagreement earlier and things blew up. Tried to talk through it yet things were just left the way it was. Trying to understand how to handle situations when it gets hostile because I do not like to be disrespected and not heard when I'm talking about what I am feeling. Also trying not to hold on to the past and situations I experienced with hurtful words spoken to me so asking that prayers will be lifted on my behalf. Bless you Kierra.
