In today's video, we're going to show you how to install the BMW OEM GENUINE RACE DISPLAY WHEEL in our F80 M3. Now, even though this video shows the process for the F80, it's the same for the F20, F22, F30, F32, F80, F82, F87, etc. In today's video, we'll show you how to assemble the display wheel! As you'll notice, the wheel comes extremely bare, but don't worry, because this step by step video will walk you through the assembly process for the new wheel.

Brian, you legend. Completed this install on my M4 today. Probably took me 4 hours in total, but these two videos made it stress free! The only confusion is that mines a UK, RHD car, so the CON2 and CON3 positions are at the back of the FEM rather than the front.

Hi Rich - I am also going to work on the RHD. When you say back of FEM, is it on our passenger’s side (the mirror image of what we see on the video?)?

Great Video!!! I got this installed on my 2015 M235i. Remember to include your existing your steering wheel (heat) modular to the new wiring harness. This will prevent the “cruise control malfunction” error.

Lol I took mine to the dealership for my M2, and they charged me $200 for “programming” and like $250 for installation... not only that, but they also updated my iDrive system which deleted my CarPlay and navigation lol..

Hey Brian love your channel and this M performance wheel. I went to the local BMW dealership for the price including install. They told me new software is needed to make the wheel work. I own a 2018 F36N 440 i Xdrive. Do you know why this is needed? Greetings from the Netherlands.
